What the heck is FTW???

FTW stands for Functional Threshold Wattrate. Think of it like weight lifting:  you test for your max, but we can’t always workout at our max. We usually workout somewhere between 65 and 85% of our max.

Your FTW would be similar to 75% of your max.  We can workout below 75% of your max, as well as at it or above it. You can train anywhere in that range and see fitness results but when programmed properly, you can see GREAT fitness results. Our trainers know how to have you workout below, at, and above your FTW to maximize your results in an easy to follow class.
